    Adam Paquin is the owner of Paquin Counseling Services, LLC. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of Fairfield County; here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters.     Katherine Trofatter

    Kate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults. Her philosophy is that building a strong therapeutic relationship is what sets the foundation to help her clients work through whatever difficulties or life stressors they may face. She uses a patient-centered, eclectic approach in therapy and tailors the work to each individual person. She often uses strategies from modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and insight-oriented talk therapy. Her style is genuine, down-to-earth and non-judgmental. She will meet you wherever you are in your life and can work together collaboratively to get you to a place of balance, satisfaction and to feel empowered to manage life’s challenges.

    About Me

    Grace Salamon is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences from the University of Connecticut. She obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University. In her prior experience, Grace has worked in various therapeutic settings, including intensive outpatient and residential treatment centers, supporting the mental health of children, adolescents, and young adults. In her work, Grace utilizes a strengths-based approach and aims to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment. Grace believes that each individual deserves to live a fulfilling, desirable life, and helps to guide and empower clients to tap into their own unique strengths. Grace implements various approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. In her free time, Grace enjoys exercising, trying new coffee shops, and playing with her Russian blue cat, Skye. 

    Jordan Weiss

    Jordan Weiss is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. Jordan obtained a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Bridgeport as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Psychology at Eastern Connecticut State University. Jordan has worked in the mental health counseling field for five years. She holds experience working with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Jordan has prior experience working in community mental health care at a non-profit agency where she worked closely with underserved communities. In these roles she focused on working with at risk adolescents where she provided clients with therapeutic interventions, family support, and community resources.  Jordan deploys a wide variety of eclectic approaches but specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In her free time she enjoys playing with her dog and cat, candle making, and traveling.

    Habbiegale Brown

    Habbiegale Brown is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). She earned her bachelors degree in sociology and minor in psychology at Southern Connecticut State university . She attended Fairfield University where she received her Master’s degree, with a concentration of mental health and substance use. Habbiegale has worked in residential treatment facilities, outpatient program and hospitals serving the adult and elderly population. Outside of her practice, Habbiegale cherishes quality time with her family. She understands the importance of a strong support system and extends this understanding to her clients, helping them foster meaningful connections. She is also actively involved in volunteering at local food pantries, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to her community. Habbiegale’s warm and empathetic approach, combined with her professional expertise, makes her a trusted resource for those seeking guidance and healing.     Heather Gabriel

    Heather Gabriel is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies from the University of Connecticut. She attended Southern Connecticut State University where she received her Master’s degree, with a concentration on Mental health and Addiction: Co-occurring Disorders. During this time, Heather has worked in hospitals, jails, and outpatient facilities working with adults who often face a multitude of stressors. She has extensive experience working with adults of all ages and has received training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Smart Recovery, and Trauma-informed care. Heather utilizes a non- judgmental, person- centered approach. She meets individuals where they are at with their current functioning while ensuring a safe space for clients to feel heard and validated. In her free time, Heather likes to further her green thumb and spend time with her friends, family, and labradoodle.
